The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles will bring their offices to the parking lot of the historic New Kent Courthouse for all DMV transactions including, Driver's licenses and ID cards, road and knowledge tests, and pictures taken.  Customers can order disabled parking placards or plates, get vehicle titles, license plates and decals.
